Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Technical Lead to guide our blockchain development team. You will be responsible for technical decision-making, architecture design, and mentoring developers while working on cutting-edge blockchain solutions.
Requirements
- 5+ years of software development experience with 3+ years in blockchain
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Expert knowledge of blockchain technologies and architectures
- Experience with multiple blockchain platforms (Ethereum, Solana, etc.)
- Proficiency in Solidity, Rust, or Go programming languages
- Experience with microservices architecture and cloud platforms
- Strong understanding of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines
Responsibilities
- Lead technical architecture decisions and code reviews
- Mentor and guide junior and mid-level developers
- Define development standards and best practices
- Collaborate with product and business teams on technical requirements
- Evaluate and implement new technologies and tools
- Ensure code quality, security, and performance standards
